Wuthering Waves 2.0: JRPG Adventure Prepares for PS5 Launch

Exciting news for Wuthering Waves fans! Version 2.0 is set to launch January 2nd across all platforms – iOS, Android, PC, and PlayStation 5 (making its console debut!). This major update introduces a significant expansion to the game's world.

A new region, Rinascita, will open up, dramatically expanding the storyline and gameplay. This follows the recently released version 1.4 update, which included the Somnoire: Illusive Realms mode and two new characters. Version 2.0 promises to be the biggest update yet.

The announcement coincided with Wuthering Waves' nomination for Best Mobile Game at The Game Awards 2024. With the addition of the PlayStation 5 version, console players can finally join the action.

Currently, the game's narrative focuses on the Huanglong region, but this chapter is concluding soon to make way for Rinascita. Expect version 1.4 and subsequent patches to conclude the Huanglong arc.
