Note 1: Turning Off Resident Notifications

You can disable resident notifications using one of these methods:

(A) Press and hold the resident notification, click on "All Categories" to enter the setting screen, and turn off the "Background Services".

(B) Navigate to "Settings->Apps->Taiwan Weather", select the "All Notifications" item, and close the "Background Service".

Note 2: Update for Continued Push Notifications

Please note that the old GCM notification service will be discontinued on April 11, 2019. To continue receiving push notifications, ensure your app is updated to version 5.2.0 or above. For more details, visit: developers.google.com/cloud-messaging/.
