Uncovering Citlali's Residence

South of the Masters of the Night-Wind

Genshin Impact Citlali's House Found Using the Character Teaser VideoReddit user Medkit-OW, on December 26th, 2024, made the discovery. A specific scene in Citlali's YouTube teaser—a book-reading scene illuminated by a partially open door, revealing a distinctive Natlan cliff—provided the key.

After a thorough search of the Tezcatepetonco Range, Medkit-OW identified the house's location south of the Masters of the Night-Wind. This discovery was promptly shared on Reddit, with the suggestion that it might be a lucky spot to wish for Citlali.

While pull rates aren't actually influenced by location, many players in the Reddit thread believe it's a fun, auspicious ritual. One user commented, "Even if it doesn't affect the odds, pulling a character in a location meaningful to them is a nice touch." Others discussed saving wishes specifically for Citlali and Mavuika, another upcoming character.

Citlali's house is currently accessible in-game, but interaction and entry are not yet possible. Players have also noted the absence of the graffiti depicted on her door in the teaser video.

Citlali and Mavuika will be available from January 1st, 2025 to January 21st, 2025, with the release of Version 5.3 Phase 1.

Beyond Citlali and Mavuika, Lan Yan will also appear in the Phase 1 banner alongside Arlecchino and Clorinde (January 21st, 2025 – February 11th, 2025). The Pyro Traveler will become available upon completing new Archon quests in Natlan.

A December 20th, 2025, Twitter (X) post teased seven additional new characters, generating excitement but also prompting discussion about the relatively small number of male characters. Requests for Capitano, the First of the Fatui Harbingers, to become a playable character were also prevalent.

Genshin Impact's Version 5.3, "Incandescent Ode of Resurrection," launches January 1st, 2025, introducing new weapons, outfits, quests, events, monsters, and various improvements to enhance the player experience.
