MGS4 PS5 & Xbox Port Teased by Konami, Potentially Marking First Time It's Playable Outside of PS3The possibility of an MGS4 remake within Master Collection Vol. 2 has been a subject of much fan discussion. The successful release of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 (containing remastered versions of the first three games for various platforms, including PC and Switch) has fueled this speculation.

Further fueling the rumors, placeholder buttons for MGS4, MGS5, and Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker appeared on Konami's official timeline last year, hinting at their potential inclusion in Vol. 2. David Hayter, the English voice actor for Solid Snake, also hinted at involvement in an MGS4-related project on social media, adding to the intrigue.

Despite the mounting evidence, Konami has yet to officially confirm any plans for an MGS4 remake or its inclusion in Master Collection Vol. 2. The wait continues.
