Warpath Enlists 100 New Ships in Epic Navy Update

Lilith Games' military strategy MMO, Warpath, receives a significant naval expansion. This update introduces a comprehensive Naval Force system, adding almost 100 meticulously detailed and realistic ships to the game.

Warpath's Navy Update Deployed

Players can now command a diverse fleet, including powerful vessels like the Nimitz-Class Aircraft Carrier for long-range aerial assaults, the stealthy Project 971 Submarine for surprise underwater attacks, and the guided-missile-equipped Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyer for precise, devastating strikes. Each ship faithfully replicates its real-world counterpart's combat capabilities.

The Naval Force is categorized into six distinct combat roles: Submarines excel at stealth, countered by swift Anti-Submarine Frigates; Aircraft Carriers dominate from a distance, supported by Anti-Aircraft Destroyers that provide air superiority and surface protection; heavily armored, though slower, Armored Destroyers absorb damage, while Guided Missile Destroyers provide long-range bombardment of enemy bases.

Lilith Games has implemented a balanced system to encourage strategic gameplay. Submarines can effectively ambush carriers, but risk detection by agile frigates. Armored Destroyers act as resilient front-line units, while missile destroyers provide crucial long-range support.

Further Enhancements

The update also features refined Naval Force battle pacing, with adjusted attack and defense values for more tactical combat. Ships can now fire while moving, adding a new layer of dynamism. Exclusive in-game events will run throughout January to celebrate the launch.
