King Slime

While considered a mini-boss, King Slime shouldn't be underestimated, especially by low-level players. Note: no soul points are awarded for this boss.

King Slime Location

King Slime spawns after 100 Slimes are killed on the server. It appears near the city closest to the last slain slime's location; a Quest Board announcement confirms its arrival. The quest has two steps:

  1. Find King Slime
  2. Kill King Slime

This quest has a 30-minute server-wide cooldown.

King Slime Fighting Strategy

King Slime has 400 HP (600 HP if Corrupted), the lowest of any boss. Its main attack involves summoning more Slimes, which can overwhelm players. It also uses AOE poison attacks; bring potions and cleansing abilities. Its low HP allows for a straightforward fight. Focus on eliminating summoned Slimes before attacking King Slime. AOE attacks only inflict Poison, not direct damage.

Attacks Energy Cost Effect
Slime Creation 1 Summons a Slime.
Crush 0 Attacks a party member.
Poison Eruption 2 AOE poison attack; undodgeable.
Scalding Spray 3 AOE poison attack; undodgeable.

King Slime Drops and Rewards

Possible drops: Random Tier 1 Equipment, Slime Buckler, Gelat Ring.

Quest Board rewards: Ferrus Skin Potion, Small Health Potion, Essence, Gold.

Yar’thul, the Blazing Dragon

A fire-type boss using fire-based attacks. Most attacks inflict Inferno and Burning, making preparation crucial. It resists fire and physical damage, but is weak to Hex damage.

Yar’thul Location

Yar’thul resides deep within Mount Thul, an active volcano in the desert.

Yar’thul Fighting Strategy

Yar’thul has 1200 HP (1800 HP if Corrupted). Its high damage output necessitates a swift victory. Below 50% HP, it enters a second phase, summoning meteors that inflict stunning and healing reduction. The Dragon Ring and Pristine-level accessories ease this battle. The Corrupted version has lifesteal.

Attacks Energy Cost Effect
Inferno 0 Automatic; inflicts Inferno; undodgeable.
Fire Claw 0 Light damage.
Magma Pillar 2 Creates a magma pillar, damaging attackers and inflicting Inferno/Burn.
Blaze Core 3 Heals based on consumed Inferno stacks.
Blaze Eruption 2 Damages burning targets, applying Inferno/Burning stacks.
Magma Beam 4 Devastating beam; undodgeable.
Hellfire 1 AOE damage and Burning stacks; undodgeable.
Armageddon 6 (Below 50% HP) Summons a meteor; massive damage, stun, healing reduction; undodgeable.

Yar’thul Drops and Rewards

(Continues with Thorian, Metrom's Vessel, Seraphon, and Arkhaia, following the same format as above.)

This guide concludes with a note about the rarity and difficulty of Seraphon and Arkhaia, and their unlock conditions and rewards.
