Airtel Tribe is the ultimate one-stop solution for all retailers, designed to streamline customer service and personal account management with Airtel.

The Retailer Tribe App empowers retailers to efficiently handle various customer services, including new customer registration, editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime and bundle purchases, AM cash in/out, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers to other retailers.

Beyond customer services, the app allows retailers to manage their own Airtel account seamlessly. Retailers can view and edit their profile, manage stock by viewing, updating, requesting, or buying it, and review their sales hierarchy. The app also facilitates AM/EVD pin resets, account unlocks, agent loans, and banking services directly from their account. Retailers can access their transaction history, see commissions earned, and monitor their performance on Airtel services. The application supports self-service options and service requests to Airtel, along with features for listing key training notes, conducting surveys, and managing digital notices for retailers.
